Water Damage Restoration in Davie
EZ Dry Restoration was built by Mike Ellison to handle water damage calls across Davie and the surrounding neighborhoods. Operating from the address at 13762 W State Rd 84 Ste 390, the company stays ready day and night to reach homes and businesses when pipes burst or storms push water inside.
Mike Ellison keeps the work owner-operated, showing up on every job to assess moisture in older Davie housing stock and newer builds alike. Clients get direct answers on scope and timeline because decisions stay local instead of routed through distant offices.
After seeing repeated flooding hit older homes in Davie neighborhoods near the canals and State Road 84, I started EZ Dry Restoration to handle Water Damage Restoration and Water Damage Solutions for Broward County residents. Operating from our location at 13762 W State Rd 84, we stay open around the clock every day to respond to calls from Davie and nearby spots like Plantation.

What Davie, FL Customers Say
“A burst pipe under the kitchen sink soaked the hardwood floors and cabinets in my Davie home; the crew extracted standing water the same day, placed dehumidifiers and air movers for three days, and the floors dried without warping or needing replacement.”
“Heavy rain backed up through the garage drain and saturated the drywall along the back wall; they cut out the wet sections, treated the framing with antimicrobial, then ran drying equipment until moisture readings hit normal levels.”
“A clogged main line caused sewage to overflow into the downstairs bathroom and hallway carpet; EZ Dry removed the contaminated carpet pad, sanitized the subfloor, and used commercial drying equipment so the area passed inspection in under a week.”
